There is nothing more frustrating than poor customer service. Its hard to keep our money in the community when local businesses feel so entitled to neglect customers. Especially when management ops to have no phone contact during business hours and it is a local business. I would strongly suggest educating your retail team on the urgency and standard behind customer service. I will definitely be sharing my poor experience with El Paso culinary.

Service is always nice even when they have a full house. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. This place has a good design.

Nutella Cappuccino and hazelnut chocolate gelato = heaven. Not many actual food options but everything else was yummy. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was someone brought their dog inside and it was barking like crazy and no one did anything about it.
